Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Thank you for your order from RLB Designs. Because we publish exclusively through print-on-demand (POD) fulfillment partners — including Amazon KDP and Ingram Spark — every book is printed specifically for you at the time of purchase. This means no warehouse inventory, no mass production, and a product made just for you. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Print-On-Demand Fulfillment Disclosure

All physical books sold through RLBDesigns.com are produced through third-party print-on-demand fulfillment services. RLB Designs does not hold, ship, or handle physical inventory directly. Your order is transmitted electronically to our fulfillment partner, printed, and shipped directly to you.

Important: Because each book is printed to order, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been submitted and payment has cleared. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

2. Payment Processing

Orders are processed once payment has been fully cleared and confirmed. This typically takes:

• Credit/debit card payments: 1–3 business days to clear

• PayPal and other digital wallets: usually same day, but may take up to 2 business days

Your order will not be sent to print until payment is fully confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment has cleared and your order has been submitted for fulfillment.

3. Production & Print Time

Once your payment clears, your order enters the production queue with our fulfillment partner. Please allow:

Production/Print Time: Up to 10 business days

This production window is separate from and in addition to shipping/delivery time. Production times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand. While we strive to meet this estimate, RLB Designs has no direct control over the fulfillment partner's production schedule.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeframe

After your order is placed, please allow the following total estimated delivery window:

Estimated Delivery: 10–14 business days from the date of order

This estimate includes payment processing, print production, and standard shipping time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Example: If you place your order on a Monday, your estimated delivery window begins that day. Under normal conditions, you can expect to receive your order within 10–14 business days, barring any carrier delays.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

5. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

Shipping is handled by our third-party fulfillment partner and may be fulfilled through one or more of the following carriers:

• USPS (United States Postal Service)

• UPS

• FedEx

The carrier used for your specific order is determined by our fulfillment partner based on your location and order details. A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active and update in the carrier's system.

6. No Guaranteed Delivery Dates

RLB Designs cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Estimated delivery windows are based on standard fulfillment and carrier timeframes and are provided as a courtesy. Actual delivery times may vary due to:

• Carrier delays or service disruptions

• Weather events or natural disasters

• High-volume shipping periods (e.g., holidays)

• Incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout

RLB Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once your order has been dispatched.

Holiday Orders: If you need your order by a specific date, please place your order well in advance. We cannot guarantee holiday delivery for orders placed within 14 business days of the desired delivery date.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. RLB Designs and our fulfillment partners are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

If an order is returned to our fulfillment partner due to an address error, you may be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order. Please contact us promptly at the email address below if you believe you have entered an incorrect address — we will do our best to intercept the order before production begins, but we cannot guarantee this is possible.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order is lost, significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 calendar days of your order date.

To report an issue, please provide:

• Your order number and full name

• A description of the issue

• Photographs of any damage (for damaged order claims)

We will work with you and our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion. RLB Designs reserves the right to require reasonable documentation before issuing a resolution.

Please Note: RLB Designs is not responsible for carrier-caused delays, losses, or damage once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier. However, we will always advocate on your behalf with our fulfillment partner.

9. Returns & Refunds — Physical Books

Due to the personalized, print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective, or an incorrect item was sent in error.

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

RLB Designs does not accept returns for:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse

• Ordering the wrong title, edition, or quantity

• Dissatisfaction with color variations due to monitor/screen calibration differences

10. Digital Products (eBooks & Downloadable Files)

Certain products sold through RLBDesigns.com may be available as digital downloads, including eBooks and printable files. The following terms apply to all digital product purchases:

• Digital products are delivered via a download link provided after purchase confirmation.

• No physical item will be shipped for digital product orders.

• All digital product sales are final. Refunds are not available once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded.

• Please ensure your device is compatible with the file format before purchase. Common formats include PDF, .Docx and/or KPF and  ePub.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital download (e.g., broken link, corrupted file), please contact us and we will promptly provide a replacement download link.

11. Order Cancellations

Because orders are transmitted to print production quickly after payment clears, we have a very limited window to cancel an order. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at the address below. We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered the production queue.

Orders that have already entered production or shipped cannot be cancelled.
